Chris Hemsworth has a white Christmas, Marvelette Wanda Young dies, The Rock gifts mum a new car


Chris Hemsworth has swapped the sunny beaches of Byron Bay for the snow fields of Europe.

The Thor superstar is currently there with his family and showed us what a white Christmas looked like.

His wife Elsatook some sweet snaps from their Christmas holiday with Chris’ brother Liam and his girlfriend Gabriella Brooks.

The Rock has gifted his mum a brand new Cadillac CT5 for Christmas.

He took to social media to reveal he surprised his mother saying, “I’m so grateful I can do this kind of stuff for my mum, who has had one hell of a life.”

Hugh Jackman is singing the praises of an under study in ‘The Music Man’.

He put the spotlight on the actress who stepped into the lead role after Sutton Foster tested positive to COVID-19 just hours before the Christmas show was to begin.

“I’m emotional because it humbles me the courage, the brilliance, the dedication, the talent – the under studies, they are the bedrock of Broadway – Take it from me, real superheroes do not wear capes,” he said.

Motown legend and ‘The Marvelettes’ singer Wanda Young has sadly passed away at age 78.

She and the group rose to fame with the hits Please Mr Postman and Don’t Mess With Bill.

And Netflix has given fans of Bridgerton an early Christmas present of sorts.

The streamer announced the second season of the hit show will premiere on March 25.

The first season was the most watched TV series ever for Netflix when it debuted last year with 82 million subscribers tuning in in just 28 days.
