In the Space Force flag introduction ceremony, Trump provided a glimpse to future US technology, what he called a “super-duper missile,” however, his technical terms were too much to a few folks to handle.
The remark came in the course of an Oval Office event revealing the formal banner/emblem regarding Space Force this Friday, with Trump getting a short deviation into some cutting edge equipment under formulation in the Pentagon.
” We have, I refer to it as the Super Duper Missile. And also I heard the other night [it’s] 17 times faster than what they ( whoever they might be) have today,” Trump claimed.
Assuming that you take the quickest rocket/missile today – you’ve heard Russia has one 5 times [quicker], China is actually working with 5 or 6 times [quicker] Our expert military has one 17 times … 17 times quicker if you can believe that.
Given that the commander in chief didn’t clarify regarding the weapon he thought about or was referring too, many at the ceremony certainly had a difficult time believing that. The Government, as well as Beijing, are at the moment cultivating hypersonic rockets – with the ability to surpass Mach 5, or 5 times the speed of sound – while Moscow actually put its very own Vanguard hypersonic rocket into service.
